Working Towards a Better Future for the Chattahoochee Valley.

Together.

Our Beginning

In 1885, W.C. Bradley set up shop in downtown Columbus as a co-owner of a small wholesale grocery store business. Over the next 60 years, he would see his wealth and businesses grow and prosper, all thanks to the city and region that supported him. Through recalled conversations with his grandchildren, his intention was to always see that much was returned to the community that gave him such extraordinary opportunities. The following verse is often quoted among the family and trustees when remembering Mr. Bradley’s words:

Unto whom much is given, much will be required.

— Luke 12:48
